Space is where it all starts.
Getting a full understanding of your store, entrance, exits, storage areas, offices and a clear view of traffic flow is the initial spark of creation. All this data begins to build how the retail furnishings will fit and the merchandise can be presented.
Once the foundation is created in 3D the placement of client interface products are arranged. Typically we start with our Proprietary Product line of Cannabis Display Units and POS terminals. This is where we really get into the details of retail flow and merchandising. During consultation we lay out the priorities of product presentation and build that into the room layout. We also take heavily into account the movement of sales people, product storage, compliance and inventory management.
